Confirmed but not on all systems. I filed an upstream bug report labelled VB-36509.

With 1.14.1077.45 I do not see this with web.whatsapp.com and calendar.google.com any longer, but it may well have been another system change that made it stop dying on those particular sites.

I'm no longer seeing the issue with 1.14.1077.45 either.
This is no longer reproducible on the versions of Vivaldi in the portage tree, neither vivaldi or vivaldi-snapshot.
