svn-config generates wrong output.
- it refers to /var/tmp/portage
- @SVN_DB_*@ aren't substituted

output:
$ svn-config --libs
 -lneon -lz -lssl -lcrypto -ldl -lxml2 -lz -lpthread -lm  -L/var/tmp/portage/subversion-1.0.6/work/subversion-1.0.6/apr-util -laprutil-0 -ldb-4.2 -lexpat  -L/var/tmp/portage/subversion-1.0.6/work/subversion-1.0.6/apr -lapr-0 -lrt -lm -lcrypt -lnsl  -lpthread -ldl @SVN_DB_LIBS@

and

$ svn-config --includes
 -I/usr/include/subversion-1 -I/usr/include/neon   @SVN_DB_INCLUDES@  -I/var/tmp/portage/subversion-1.0.6/work/subversion-1.0.6/apr/include-I/var/tmp/portage/subversion-1.0.6/work/subversion-1.0.6/apr-util/include

Hmm. Indeed, this is some stupid upstream bug. I'll get a fix together though.

Fixed in subversion-1.1.1-r1
