Sounds like you haven't upgraded gnome-online-accounts, libsoup or libgdata in a while and have some ancient soup-gnome-2.4 references in /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/*.pc files still, or something. Maybe check if grep -l soup-gnome /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/*.pc |xargs qfile -e lists something and rebuild those? (requires portage-utils for qfile command)

(requires portage-utils for qfile command) I had to rebuild many gnome-* packages and I avoided this due to webkit-gtk. Finally, everything is back to nornal, thanks.
Thanks for the update.
