Not sure how much of a difference it does but latest release of this tool is 1.2.

Looks like the software is not up-to-date on github and only distributed though Intel support website behind EULA agreement now.

On a related note, maybe you want to consider adding https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025619/software.html ?
