The latest update of dev-libs/icu-59.1 cannot be successfully installed with dev-qt/qtcore-4.8.7-r4 ebuild due to a limitation on icu version <59 in the qt ebuild.

typo: qtcore-4.8.7-r3 is the blocking version

Not a bug, but a feature. Qt4 is completely broken by it.
