I build from catalyst through stage 1-3, then build a GRP set.  I must explicitly add unzip to the top of the GRP package set or packages shipped as .zip files fail to build.  Shouldn't unzip be part of the base layout if this is the case?

1.Build a catalyst GRP set from a stage3 and snapshot.
2.Include jsch or something that requires it.
