Updated fortune-mod-bofh-excuses  Ignore the other attachment.  Use this one instead.

The pervious one takes a fortune tarball from debian which does not have the
latest bofh.  The grammar and the vocab used are also wrong.  I've updated this
with the list of excuses from the BOFH excuse server.  Please use this latest
version instead.

Updated to compile with the stuff from the actual website instead of from my
decrepit site.
