New ebuild for bbrun 1.6 (gtk 2.2+)

I took the ebuild for bbrun-1.4 and commented out a couple of lines. Built fine on my box, please test. I'm not sure what it was I commented out ... ;-) or at least not why it was in there.

Reproducible: Always

Ok, I forgot to comment the two edited lines in the ebuild - the second line said "sed ... gtk-1.2" instead of gtk-2.0 as the ebuild says. I changed it to gtk-2.0, but decided to try build it without those two lines at all. Worked fine on my box...havent tried on a machine without the required deps.

I have been having problems with this version of bbrun - the <up> and <down> arrows to invoke previous commands sometimes give me empty lines ... or single letters instead of commands from the ~/.bbrun_history file. Maybe it has something to do with my locale/RC_CTYPE=sv_SE ? I tried installing it from the tarball instead, and deleting ~/.bbrun_history on several occasions, but nothing helped.
I haven't investigated it much further though, I simply stopped using the <up> and <down> arrows for history. I need to type more anyway, it's good for me.
