sorry, i cant open your ebuild, you have to select  text/plain  as Type..
application/octet-stream doesnt work..

Try using the command "tar cvfj htag-retry.ebuild.tar.bz2" instead of using
"tar xvfz".

i know how to extract that, but i cant download that.. coz when i click on it, i
can only download attachment.cgi not your file.. so you cant upload tbz2 files..

Try renaming it from attachment.cgi to the filename I specified. Oops.. Pls just
name it as htag,ebuild.tar.bz2.

well, ok that works, but next time read the "How to submit a ebuild" manual
before you submit a file.. cause you dont need to add the digest file and the
changelog..

but i cant commit this package, please add the LICENSE tag to the ebuild first..
