A revdep-rebuild didn't fix the /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.7  issue, rebuilding openssl doesn't, too.

I assume this was http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90212
if you're still having this issue, you can comment on that bug
(but the ssl option for irc was removed if I read correctly there).
