libdv 0.102 contains a libtool versioning bug that introduces a binary compatibility problem if applications are not rebuilt after the lib is upgraded. libdv 0.103 has been released that fixes this as well as fixes a bug with widescreen detection.

Bumped to 0.104 in CVS. Tested on ~amd64 and ~x86 with mplayer/kino. Thanks.
