I tried "emerge fsh" on an AMD64 machine with ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64", and it failed (masked by: missing keyword).

I then built it with ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" and it runs fine. Should this package be moved from "unavailable" status to "unstable" on AMD64?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~amd64" emerge fsh

Actual Results:  
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "fsh" have been masked.
!!! possible candidates are:
- net-misc/fsh-1.2-r1 (masked by: missing keyword)

!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.


Expected Results:  
fsh should have been built.
