Description Robert Paskowitz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-09-14 15:21:45 UTC
FreeHDL is currently masked on all but ~ppc due to missing keywords.

I have successfully compiled app-sci/freehdl-20040113 on ~x86.

Please consider adding the ~x86 keyword, hopefully more people will test, and it can get moved to stable.

Compilation failed for me (gcc 3.3.4), will have to check this...

Makes even more trouble with gcc 3.4, this will take some time.

Tried to patch, but that's not enough.

My attempt to get freehdl 20040113 through gcc 3.4 - there still seems to be an
unacceptable forward declaration of driver_info I can't fix.

Finally got it. Patch is in portage, ~x86 now.

Closing, of course.
