Icewm's ebuild script contains some code to teach icewm where its help files are
located in gentoo, but it fails:

Icewm tries to open /usr/share/doc/icewm-1.2.0/html/icewm-1.2.0/icewm.html when
asked for help, but the file is actually stored as
/usr/share/doc/icewm-1.2.0/html/icewm.html.
