sandbox patch needed (made it already), but I wonder why kmldonkey installs into $kdedir and not /usr?

No, it's not ok, the sandbox issue is still here:

I didn't submit the patched ebuild, Giacomo. Thought I would get a word from Caleb regarding the install path - maybe in a later version. Fixed ebuild in cvs now.
