Seems that pkg_setup() possibly isn't being run, so EXCLUDED, PATCHDIR, etc are unset. Patch 0120 should be excluded in the section starting with "Excluding patches..." Portage guys, could you take a look at this? I can't reproduce it with the same portage version (2.0.50-r11) and xorg-x11 version (6.7.0-r1).
what if you `rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11* ; emerge xorg-x11` ?
I did a rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11* and emerge xorg-x11 still the same problem...
After delete all of the distfiles and a emerge sync xorg-x11 emerges again....
