Ebuild for new beta

I had to hack the ebuild up a little to get it to build with kile's odd package
naming system (kile-1.7b2.tar.bz2). If someone more knowlegible than me with
this wants to fix it that would be cool.

Ebuild for Kile 1.7_beta2, minor modifications.

It seems that things are moving fast here, I thought I was the first to make an
ebuild... however, I'll post it anyway - the reason being that Kile requires
now kde 3.2, not 3.1. Also, one should not redefine ${P} as a good habit.

Cheers,
-Federico

To make sure some developer spots the ebuild, please change severity to enhancement, Keywords to EBUILD.
