1. the ebuild has a wrong md5sum

2. netstat-nat-1.3.tar.gz is not on main server

3. there's a new version of netstat 
Version 1.3.1 
- Fixed segmentation fault when displaying icmp connections, was trying to 
display ports also, which only occured in version 1.3
- Fixed bug, displayed wrong icmp connection with state REPLIED.
- Option to strip output-header.

I don't know why there isn't a download location for netstat-nat-1.3 any longer
(the download link on the HOMEPAGE is disabled), so I can't really tell for the
digest. I've masked it out for the time being.

Also I've committed the new 1.3.1 (not masked since it works perfectly here).
