package builds correctly after merging the dev-util/gengetopt-2.22.6 package

I can confirm this bug.

I suggest adding dev-util/gengetopt to the variable COMMON_DEPEND in an -r3 revision of the ebuild.
As it pulls in the required dev-util/gengetopt, this resolves the problem.

No, that's not a duplicate. The build system checks for Makefile.am updates for some targets which is kind of silly.
