xiph.org just released a new version of libogg.  It's described as having important bugfixes for 64-bit platforms, among a number of other enhancements.  The download URI has changed from 

SRC_URI="http://www.vorbis.com/files/1.0.1/unix/${P}.tar.gz"

to

SRC_URI="http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/ogg/${P}.tar.gz"

but aside from that, no changes are necessary in the ebuild.
