sys-fs/loop-aes-3.7l doesn't build anymore with kernel 4.14.{0,1}

error: 'struct bio' has no member named 'bi_bdev'

Kernel 4.14.x has changed quite a lot in the block device interface.

We should wait for upstream to update, please ping me if you are faster than me polling[1]

There is a new version  3.7m  which builds fine with recent kernels.
