This was reported on linux-kernel:

a critical bug was fixed in reiserfsck journal replay process,
so we decided to release a new 3.6.3 progs with just 2 bug
fixes related to it.

I have tested that simply copying reiserfsprogs-2.6.2.ebuild to
reiserfsprogs-2.6.3.ebuild is all that seems to be required.
However, my only testing was to run reiserfsck on a filesystem
