Dear all,

dnscrypt proxy provides a useful script that updates the last resolvers database csv.
Find my PR #6269 on Github in order to install the additional files.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Missing contrib script dnscrypt-update-resolvers.sh and more

Since 2.0 is already in the tree, this one is not needed anymore.
