'build.log' of wget-1.19.1-r2

I have update to 'openssl-1.1.0g', then I run 'emerge @preserved-rebuild' but when emerge tried to rebuild 'wget-1.19.1-r2' it stuck on 'checking for working nanosleep...' and nothing more happens. I waited one hour and no nothing happen...

Is this reproducible?

Please attach config.log if you can reproduce.
