Description ta2002 2004-09-12 00:26:49 UTC
qhacc-2.9.8

The following files probably belong in somewhere
like /usr/share/doc/qhacc-2.9.8/html :
/usr/share/html
/usr/share/html/index.html
/usr/share/html/intro.html
/usr/share/html/formats.html
/usr/share/html/using.html
/usr/share/html/primer.html
/usr/share/html/faq.html
/usr/share/html/compiling.html
/usr/share/html/advanced.html
/usr/share/html/plugins.html

The following file (the only regular file in
/usr/share) probably belongs in /usr/share/qhacc :
/usr/share/qhacc_es_ES.qm

This looks a little suspect, too:
/usr/share/extras
/usr/share/extras/qhacccvs.sh

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge qhacc
Actual Results:
Some of the above files definitely
belonged in the doc subdirectory

How about adding an ebuild for the latest version, too? :)

Thanks.

This also happens with the qhacc-2.9.9 ebuild:

/usr/share/doc/html/advanced.html
/usr/share/doc/html/compiling.html
/usr/share/doc/html/faq.html
/usr/share/doc/html/plugins.html
/usr/share/doc/html/index.html
/usr/share/doc/html/using.html
/usr/share/doc/html/formats.html
/usr/share/doc/html/primer.html
/usr/share/doc/html/intro.html
/usr/share/qhacc_es_ES.qm
/usr/share/qhacc_es_ES.ts

Known issue. I mailed the author to fix the segfault problem (other bug), sent patches for his broken khacc Makefiles and told him about the FHS and why his assumption everybody would install q/khacc to /usr/local is wrong and that he cannot do what he likes there, too. I have ebuilds for q/khacc 3.2.1, which are a bit better, but there are still (new) issues.

committed v.3.2.1 - there seem to be issues with saving preferences, though. be welcome, testers :)
