Does it compile and does the result work?
Anybody there?
I'm not sure. I have no idea what is affected by the patches, but this patch error needs to be fixed.
Augustus, since you added elibtoolize to the ebuild you perhaps should know best which actions are necessary (and can maybe switch off the warning if libtool patching is not needed).
Until someone reports bad side effects I think 'minor' is enough.
Not sure if this should be a new bug or not... I was going through old bug and came across this one. plotutils-2.4.1-r3 installs fine for me. Does nayone interested still have this problem?
Closing bug. All looks good here and this bug is just gathering dust.

Correct, not all patches from elibtoolize apply. However, this causes no detectable problem. Let's close this for good. (But feel free to reopen, as always, if you think I missed something.)
Correct, but wouldn't the semblence of an error, when in fact there is no error, be a bug in itself?
Let's declare this a warning, not an error, then.
