Ebuild for dev-libs/sway-0.15.0

The attached ebuild updates dev-libs/sway to the latest version (0.15.0), which is mostly a bug fix release, and should fix, among other things, bug 628848.

sway 0.15 is the last release based on wlc; the next one will be 1.0, which will be based on the new wlroots library instead, which will probably require more changes to the ebuild (plus the addition of wlroots to the portage tree), but we'll see once sway 1.0 gets released...

Fwiw the pull request for version bump is already filed. Besides, your ebuild does not addresst some changes made upstream during the 0.15 release cycle, which mught've caused build failures.
