It works for me since it was released

Thanks

Removing arches, comment #0 was a question. Kernel project should decide.

And I would recommend to pick a non-EOL kernel for stabilization.

Thank-you, Pacho.

This kernel series should be dropped kicked out of the tree and is only around until we get a 4.14 stabilized (probably next LTS) stabilized.

During the discussion of the stabilization policy for the Kernel project, members express negatively on stabilizing non-lts kernels (4.13, e.g.)

That should have read thank-you, Thomas for removing the archs.

thanks you

Yes, I agree with preferring LTS kernels, but this was an exception as we have 4.12.12 in stable, then, I thought that would be better to, at least, have the last 4.12.x version stabilized until a new major one is ready (likely 4.14...)
Comment 6 Mike Pagano gentoo-dev 2017-11-10 11:42:12 UTC
I hear you but that was a mistake to ask for stablereq for that. (mine).
Really 4.9 should be the latest stabled kernel in the tree.

Going forward, we won't have this issue because we'll only have stabled LTS kernels.

No problem :)
