Chiitoo doesn't currently have tree access, but still needs access to git.gentoo.org for other repositories (such as proj/qt.git). Could he please be granted the necessary bits?

Yeah, I'm sorry, I didn't notice he's @g.o. For some reason he didn't have gentooAccess set for git allowance. I've fixed that, added his key to gitolite and added him to @devs group.

Query: Didn't Chiitoo come on as a "staff" dev for working on Forums originally? Did he do the ebuild quizes or just the general quiz?

It's not clear on the recruitment bug 568374.

This was a recruitment without tree access. I only have the staff quiz in my documents.
