Version 1.1.18 of musl was releases some hours ago

1.1.18 release notes

regression fixes:
- glob failed to match literal . and .. path components
- build for armv4t ISA level was broken

other bug fixes:
- stack overflow in posix_spawnp with large PATH variable in environment

its in the tree, and the first stages3 for amd64 and x86 are being built.  by nov 4 i'll have fresh stages on the mirrors with the musl-1.1.18.
