modified ebuild to accept "amd64" and emerged. Emerge failed immediately due to a MAKE flag set to "-march-pentium",e.g. "error: cpu you selected does not support x86-64 instruction set". Could not tell if above-mentioned MAKE flag was set in zapata-0.9.1 or in one of the two included patches, but I emailed Digium of the problem and Matt O'Gorman replied that he thought that flag problem had been resolved in a more recent release. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.modify ebuild to accept "amd64" 2.emerge zapata 3. Actual Results: emerge stopped with above-mentioned error message Expected Results: completed emerge (This app should have worked and I believe it will work once the offending "-march..." is changed. gentoo-2004.2, stage 1 build, kernel-2.6.7-gentoo-r11, udev enabled w/no devfs, smp system
it's not even ~. we only mark working software ~amd64, so please provide a patch, otherwise this bug will keep closed
