Infra: There's a few things left to clean up. I've disabled lewks bugzilla account and made sure he's not on #-dev access list or subscribed to -core. I believe all that's left is removing his home directories on cvs + dev as well as remove lewk from the glsamaker group on dev.g.o.
Retired him on the forums.
Finished cleaning up the retire. Should be all done from my end of things.
