The update to perl no longer provides the suidperl program which is required for qmail-scanner functionality.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. update perl
Actual Results:  
See details

Expected Results:  
A working qmail installation with qmail-scanner.

A quick fix that I did was just to:
emerge =perl-5.8.4
Because the -r1 version was where suidperl was removed.

update to -r3 of qmail-scanner that goes with the new perl.
