Bug 6343 – enchanced new snd ebuild

Snd is of course one of the best and most capable sound editors available for
the linux platform. (and the most mature)
This ebuild 'media-sound/snd-6-r1.ebuild' attempts to include much signifigant
material that
the existing ebuild does not. Most importantly, if built with the X, guile, and 
motif USE settings, it enables the user to load Dave Phillip's very nice scheme
extentions. The existing ebuild installs (partially) a tutorial by Dave, which
describes not only using snd, but his extentions. The existing ebuild does not
install the actual snd html docs, nor does it install the valuable scheme library
of examples and extentions. I also squeeze the man page in :)

I forgot to mention the addition of a helpful shared library (for Daves stuff,
required),
a sample configuration file, and a little postinst() text...
