Description Lampros Liontos 2017-10-14 17:03:56 UTC
This is a request to add an upgraded version of biblatex-apa (at least version 7.0) to the package tree to allow for compatibility with the 3.7 versions of biblatex that are already on the tree.

Biblatex 3.5 introduced new commands and changes. One of the commands used by biblatex-apa (\printdateextralabel) was renamed. This means that, as of right now, biblatex-apa (which only has version 6.6 available on the tree) can only work with biblatex 3.4, leaving the two 3.7 versions of biblatex completely useless for APA work.

Thank you for the bump request.
You can help the maintainer with further information:
Does a simple bump [1] work on your system?
Chances are high, because a first look on the bump revealed only small changes.

Yes, the bump is on my list for quite a while, I though I could wait till the new biber and biblatex version versions have all the necessary keywords. As that appears not to happen in any realistic time I will bump it in the next days dropping the x86-keyword.

tl;dr: the bump should come in the next days
