Qt did not release QtWebKit. As you can see by your own output, it does *not* conflict, since Qt team prepared for it.
indeed, what a curious case of release qt has here, 5.9 branch just lives a couple of commits out of 5.9.0, nor even signs of 5.9.1. Sorry for the noise. José.
