x11-misc/evolvotron-0.3.1 - new version

Bumped it, looks good at first glance. Only tested on x86.
As of V.0.3.0 there's a nice "-spheremap" commandline option for creating colorful balls.

version bumped in CVS.  Still no metadata since I don't maintain it and I don't know who does.
