The ebuild needs to be updated to build the packages from source

the ebuild which builds datavision from source. it also removes packed jar
issues

build.xml

a new build.xml for datavision, the original one is horrible and the author
himself wrote an comment into the packed one which says that it shouldnt be
used

datavision.sh

a startup script for datavision which creates a local classpath containing
pathes to the needed jars at runtime. depending on which database is used (set
by useflag) the matching jdbc driver will also be included to the classpath.

Fixed. Available for testing as dev-java/datavision-0.8.2
