The ebuild needs to be updated to build the packages from source

fesi-1.1.8.ebuild

this ebuild does the trick. it's also a version bump. to get the sources i
installed them using the original gui installer available at
'http://www.lugrin.ch/fesi'. this was a pretty unusable solution for the
portage tree because we dont want a gui installer, do we? ... i removed
installer related things. the sources can be found here, it seems that we have
to mirror them:

fesibuild.patch

patches the build.xml and includes a build.properties file, it also adds
target="1.3" and source="1.3" to the javac node. the next things is it does a
trivial change in renaming a file which prevented fesi to be compiled
successfull.

Fixed. Available for testing as dev-java/fesi-1.1.8
