I am sorry to inform you that due to lack of spare time I am resigning from my responsibilities as proxy maintainer. What do I have to do to complete the resignation.

It would be nice if you could submit a PR removing yourself (and proxy-maint, if appropriate), and adding maintainer-needed comment if there are no maintainers left.
