oscore depends on clover-1.2.3.jar, this tool isn't free. what to do about clover?

clover is actually only used for code coverage, which would be completely optional.

Added dev-java/oscore, which builds from source. It necessitated adding dev-java/ognl and dev-java/sun-ejb-spec to accomplish this.
