The ebuild needs to be updated to build the packages from source

jdbc3-postgresql-7.4.5 ebuild

The package compiles from source now. One point questionable is that this
package gets built when emerging postgresql (if use java is set). The
jdbc2-postgres is part of this jar as well. The build for the jdb2-postgres
package can be done by simply stripping off the jdb3 related class files.

For the Version numbering I am not sure whether jdbc3-postgresql-7.4.5 is OK,
or if should stay jdbc3-postgresql-7.4 as it was for the binary packages.

ebuild commited with some minor changes
Its quite evil to call sed in the global scope
i also removed the At stuff, just appended the path to S
