Awstats expects a DataDirectory and allows for it to be configured.  The default is /var/lib/awstats.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge awstats
2. webapp-config --install awstat 6.1

Actual Results:  
there is no datadirectory created or instructions to do so

Expected Results:  
I expect the directory to be created and properly permissioned or to receive a
message telling me to create the dir and what permissions to use.
