Several new version of dnsmasq have been released since the last version was added to Portage. The latest version, 2.13, almost completely works when the previous ebuild is copied. It produces a few errors when installing, but the package still seems to work fine for me.

Can we have version 2.13 added to portage?

You don't get the latest version. 

Expected Results:  
Install version 2.13
