hplip-plugin RDEPENDs on hplip of the same version. Versions of hplip and hplip plugin are not neede to be in sync. Right now there's no hplip-plugin of the same version as hplip. So, probably it should RDEPEND using `>=` and not `~`
I have this blocker i don't know how to resolve : net-print/hplip:0 (net-print/hplip-3.17.7:0/0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by net-print/hplip:0 (Argument) (net-print/hplip-3.17.6:0/0::gentoo, installed) pulled in by ~net-print/hplip-3.17.6 required by (net-print/hplip-plugin-3.17.6:0/0::gentoo, installed) ^ ^^^^^^ In the current tree, hplip is at 3.17.7 while plugins is at 3.17.6, so this 'rule' breaks the whole setup, doesn't it ?
No it should. Otherwise hplip will try to fetch the correct version. In the meantime hplipopensource changed the URI for the plugin, so the version bumps were not catched. I added 3.17.7 and 3.17.9
