bluetooth-init.d-r4

The current init script fails to keep track of the pid properly, making it so stop() almost always fails. I have attached a rewrite (of the very simple current init script) that fixes this, and moves to the more modern declarative init script format.

I cannot commit it right now, but feel free to go ahead as you can test it with openRC (I use systemd)
