Profile is said to be invalid, but points to /usr/portage/profiles/prefix/aix/7.1.0.0.

Added the aix/7.2.0.0/ppc profile now:

Maybe because of the originally missing profile, seems like it wants to bootstrap ppc64 to some degree - which is not supported yet ('ve just done 32bit for now), sorry!
However, you're welcome to try porting to 64bit if you need - but be warned, there's a bunch of pitfalls with aix...
