New repository is already up, see also: https://cgit.kde.org/latte-dock.git/

latte-dock-9999 could then be switched to kde5.eclass (dropping others) and ebuild may be cleaned up:
- Drop EGIT_REPO_URI and git-r3
- Drop pkg_* phases
- Drop qtcore and extra-cmake-modules deps (added by eclass)
- We'll see exactly where on downloads.kde.org SRC_URI will be located on 1st release

Moved the live ebuild from Gentoo main ebuild repository to kde overlay. Petross404, you are invited to make future contributions to it in kde overlay, just as you have already done in tree.
