Please write a few sentences what the ticket is about, and reopen it.
To me it looks if two packages need fixing. If so, please create two tickets as usual, so that we can assign them to the maintainer.

yep, it looks like 2 packages need fixing, but udisks is prior to libblockudev, so enabling/disable btrfs in udisks must be also controlled by enabling/disable btrfs in libblockdev.
is it okay if i make pull request in gentoo's github repo?
