The misc/date-debug test fails reproducably on hppa. This is only in 8.26, it works in 8.[578].

x86 was never CC'ed. And I am wondering that nobody reported a test failure in "tests/misc/date-debug.sh" which is caused by >=sys-libs/timezone-data-2017a (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/coreutils/2017-03/msg00026.html).
